Title: Easy Veggie Kugel
Categories: Kugel Vegetable Lowcal
Yield: 12 Servings

2lbFrozen vegetables, (or fresh) cooked
3 Eggs, or 5 egg whites
3tbDry onion soup mix
3tbMayonnaise, or low-fat mayo
  Wheat germ

Chop the veggies. Combine with rest, except wheat germ. Sprinkle a greased 9"x13" pan, and sprinkle with wheat germ. Spoon veggie mixture over. Sprinkle top with wheat germ. Bake 35-40 min. at 375F.

NOTES : Use cauliflower, broccoli, mixed veggies, or any combination.
